We want you to love your MoveActive gear, but if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, socks and grip gloves must be unworn and remain in their original tags to be eligible for a refund.

Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all MoveActive tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal, then drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
